The Policy Brief titled &#8216;Body Image and Trade Mark Law: A Policy Proposal&#8217; is the result of the Strategic Brand Signalling Roundtable held on 16 June 2025 at Bentham House, with support from IBIL and Warwick Law School.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

Through analysis of five plays by Shakespeare (&lt;i&gt;Measure for Measure&lt;/i&gt;, &lt;i&gt;The Comedy of Errors&lt;/i&gt;, &lt;i&gt;Troilus and Cressida&lt;/i&gt;, &lt;i&gt;The Merchant of Venice&lt;/i&gt;, &lt;i&gt;King Lear&lt;/i&gt;), Paul Raffield examines what it meant to be a &#8216;stranger&#8217; to English law in the late Elizabethan and early Jacobean period.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
