      <title>The Economist: SSO enabled</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;We have recently moved from email address registration to single sign on for our access to &lt;a href="https://www.economist.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;The Economist&lt;/a&gt;. When accessing this resource, please enter your Warwick email address. If this is your first time logging in after the move to SSO, you will then be prompted to search for University of Warwick in an institutional list. Please select University of Warwick and follow the prompts with your normal university login details.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>(RESOLVED) Records missing from Library Search</title>

      <description>&lt;p data-start="86" data-end="279"&gt;We are aware that some records appear to have been removed from Library Search. As a result, a limited number of links in Reading Lists may no longer connect to the previously linked records. We have notified the supplier of this issue and they are currently investigating.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p data-start="86" data-end="279"&gt;In the meantime, all original records remain available in the Library Classic Catalogue:&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Users have reported issues with accessing some resources. With the error message: &amp;quot;this site took too long to respond. Please &lt;a style="background-color: #ffffff; font-size: 1.6rem; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-variant-ligatures: normal; text-align: center;"&gt;reload the page&lt;/a&gt; to try again&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are currently investigating and we will provide an update once we know more.We are aware of issues with Gale Primary Sources and Oxford Troves but there may be more, In the meantime, users can access Gale Primary Sources by using the following link: &lt;a href="https://go.gale.com/ps/dispBasicSearch.do?userGroupName=warwick&amp;amp;prodId=GDCS"&gt;Gale Primary Sources.&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Access issues with ProQuest Ebook Central</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Access to ProQuest Ebook Central has been working intermittently since Friday 16th January, with some users reporting no access due to their IP range.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you are affected by this, ProQuest have requested that you delete all existing cookies for that browser. You can do this manually, or by clicking this link:&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Library Search Links error message "Header too large"</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Some users have reported issues when trying to access eResources from Library Search. Users are accessing links on Library Search but are presented with a 400 error message, stating that the &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Header is too large&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;. We are very sorry about if you have experienced this issue. The service provider has been contacted and we hope to get a solution soon. In the meantime there are some workarounds that are working in most cases.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Some quick solutions include &lt;strong&gt;clearing cookies&lt;/strong&gt;, using a &lt;strong&gt;private browser session&lt;/strong&gt; to access material, or to access the material from the &lt;strong&gt;&lt;a href="https://webcat.warwick.ac.uk/search"&gt;Classic Catalogue&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
