Warwick Print

As you may be aware, a decision has been made to close Warwick Print from the end of July 2024. The University recognises the importance of ensuring there is capacity and expertise to support the needs of departments, and services will continue to be delivered to closure.

Departments should submit requests for print and promotional requirements in the usual way, via the online ordering system. For print requests not available on the online form, you can still contact the team directly at enquiries@warwickprint.co.uk.

All requests will be managed and outsourced to our suppliers as appropriate via the Warwick Print team, with additional support from an Account Coordinator (AC) and a Print Procurement Manager (PPM) who will support the longer-term transition over the next 12 months.

Academic departments should continue to liaise with their marketing Account Manager for student recruitment related design and print requirements.

If you'd prefer to liaise directly with suppliers for your print and promotional requirements, contact our Print Procurement Manager, Craig Colledge directly craig.j.colledge@warwick.ac.uk or our newly appointed Account Coordinator joseph.davey@warwick.ac.uk who will be able to provide guidance and advice.

An alternative approach for print and promotional requirements, following closure, is currently being developed, with a focus on ensuring a clear and simple model allowing departments to order efficiently and effectively. As a minimum, this activity includes development of a platform to support print requests and the introduction of new framework agreements and management of supplier relationships.
