We will hold your application details for up to 90 days from the launch of the Digital Exhibition and then delete it UNLESS;
1) you selected YES we can store your application in case we want to be in touch about future collaboration then it will be stored until December 2022.
And/or
2) you selected YES we can store your application in case we want to be in touch about more detailed evaluation of the call itself then it will be stored until December 2022.
The details of your application will be seen by the panel, researchers and university employees who are part of the University Partnership and members of the City of Culture Trust. If you selected YES you can share my contact details and/or my application with organisations and stakeholders then we may do so, but only where you select YES.
Remember that a condition of this call is that your project will be digitally archived in the Coventry City of Culture Digital Archive.
