Date: Tuesday 8 February

Time: 10am (or 9.45am if you'd like a lift from campus)

Location: Canley Library

If you would like transport from campus please meet outside the Junction at 9.45am we will be back on campus by 11.45

Nor, a Canley resident will kindly be providing refreshments for us so please let us know if you have any dietary requirements by Monday 7th

We will be joining neighbours to improve the library garden. Jobs will include weeding and planting flowers to brighten up the area. 

Please wear warm waterproof clothing and sturdy footwear that you don’t mind getting muddy. Do not bring valuables with you as there is no where to store them safely.

By signing up to this event I also agree to give 48 hours notice if I need to cancel my place In addition, I will follow the University Guidance regarding coming onto campus and lateral flow tests.  I will not attend if I have COVID-19 like symptoms or have had contact with someone who is or is awaiting the result of a test.

Do you have any support or access requirements? Please email to let a member of staff know at volunteers@warwick.ac.uk ideally 48hours before the event or Friday am if the event is on the following Monday.

I understand that once I apply for an opportunity my name and contact information will be passed on to the organisation so they can get in touch with me with more information about the next steps to take if I wish to volunteer. Also that Warwick Volunteers will retain my data in line with the University of Warwick's Data Retention Policy and the WV Data Protection and Privacy Policy so they can follow up to see how I am getting on with my volunteering activity and offer support if necessary.  Warwick Volunteers will not pass my contact information to any 3rd parties or organisations who I have not explicitly expressed an interest in.
