Carers Trust
Carers Trust - Heart of England supports people in Coventry with caring responsibility. Carers often face physical exhaustion, emotional distress, social isolation and financial hardship. They provide information and advice, respite care and more. They also support young carers who are providing support to their siblings and parents with disabilities.

In light of the Coronavirus, Carers Trust have created some new volunteering roles that can be carried out from home. These are:

Why get involved?
Time Commitment
2-3 hours a week, with a minimum commitment of 6 months.
Location
3 City Arcade, Coventry, CV1 3HX
This organisation reimburses reasonable volunteer travel expenses.
Requirements
Volunteers should be caring , empathetic and committed to the cause.
IT skills needed for certain roles such as telephone befriending, admin.
The Centre provides an induction/training to volunteers. They are supported and supervised by the staff on a regular basis.
