Current Volunteers

Time Commitment

Sessions take place one lunchtime per week (day TBC). Volunteers need to be available from 11.40am-1.30pm, but don't need to attend every session.

All volunteers will be required to:

  • Complete Safeguarding training
  • Complete an Enhanced criminal background check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
  • In addition, if you have lived outside of the UK for more than 6 months in the past 5 years you need to obtain a criminal record check from the country you lived in. This is commonly referred to as a Certificate of Good Conduct’.

We are happy to help you to organise both your safeguarding training and DBS. For more information visit our DBS page.
