Volunteers must be 18 or over. A DBS check will be carried out. You will need to provide two references spanning back 5 years.

They will provide you with a full induction and any other training relevant to your role.

Volunteers also have access to online training courses via their online learning zone.

  • the ability to listen and communicate effectively with children and young people
  • the ability to follow instructions and to use initiative
  • a satisfactory level of spoken and written English
  • experience of working in a team
