The Coventry Resource Centre for the Blind (CRCB) offers practical and social support to people with visual impairments in Coventry providing a wide range of volunteer-supported activities to help people learn new skills to manage their sight loss, access hobby activities or simply to take part in social gatherings. CRCB also sells a range of daily living aids, and runs a minibus service to allow visually impaired people to access the centre easily.
There are many different opportunities you could be involved in from fundraising support, facilitating access to gym sessions through to guiding and leading walks in the local area. In particular we are looking for volunteers who could help develop our website and assist us with our social media channels. The person who was previously helped us with this has now moved away and we therefore need some additional help. If you have skills in developing website or in social media and can help please get in touch.
