Goodgym is a community of runners that combines getting fit with doing good. We stop off on our group runs to do physical tasks for community organisations.

Volunteering Opportunities

Every week we work out by helping local community projects, and run back all within 90 minutes.
Volunteers meet together at the area start point, drop their bags and run to a local community organisation. They then help with group digging, lifting, scraping and clearing for a good cause and run back with some intervals or a fitness session. At the end our qualified trainer will help you stretch and celebrate what you've achieved!

Many people who don't run or who haven't run for ages start running with GoodGym every week on our group runs. If you can run for 15 minutes without stopping then you're fit enough to join us on a group run - no one gets left behind.
