Chloe Ross

Policy Advisor

Chloe is an Associate to the Warwick Policy Lab, and works with the directors and research teams on a range of projects.

A former senior civil servant, Chloe spent six years in the Cabinet Office. While there, she was Deputy Director in the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit and advised No10 and other Cabinet Ministers on a range of issues relating to education policy, labour market reform, public service reform and families policy. Most recently, she headed up the coalition government’s Open Policy Making programme of reform.

Previously, Chloe spent seven years working in corporate strategy and M&A in the private sector. She has degrees in PPE from Somerville College, Oxford, and Comparative Political Economy from the London School of Economics.
