Warwick ranks amongst the UK’s best research universities. Through our research we aim to contribute to society and improve the lives of people across the world, from enhancing global economic performance to improving the delivery of public services and health and wellbeing.

Our global research priorities programme address some of the most challenging problems facing the world today, providing a platform for multidisciplinary research in 11 key areas of international significance. We have research collaborations with a number of universities, organisations and institutions around the world. Our London base provides new opportunities for research collaborations of global importance.

Warwick and the Alan Turing Institute - Data Science Research

Data science is a rapidly emerging field that draws on mathematical, computing sciences and the social sciences. The Alan Turing Institute is the national institute for data science, headquartered at the British Library. Five founding universities - Cambridge, Edinburgh, Oxford, UCL and Warwick - created The Alan Turing Institute in 2015 in order to answer a national need for investment in data science research. Its mission is to make great leaps in data science research in order to change the world for the better. Find out more.
