Course Content for Innovation Insight

This is an example of how the course may look but this can be discussed if your organisation would like a customised approach

Course content

The workshop draws on Dr Bilton’s work on creative management, creative strategy and ‘uncreativity’ and on Linda Green’s tried and tested business model for leading game changing ideas at the BBC and in the commercial sector. Participants will also use an innovation profiling to identify their individual approach to innovative thinking and leadership in advance of the workshop.

  • Key concepts will include:
  • uncreativity and multiple creativities (Bilton)
  • innovation and strategy: six degrees of innovation (Bilton / Cummings)
  • inspiring innovation through a proven leadership process (Green)

The aim is to equip participants with tools and models to exploit creative potential in teams and develop a systematic approach to innovation in organisations.

At the end of the course, you will receive a University of Warwick Certificate of Attendance.
