It is important that you ensure you have an appropriate visa or immigration permission for studying in the UK.
A maximum of 30 days study per trip is permitted on a Standard Visitor visa for short-courses or recreational courses but the study must be incidental to the main reason you are travelling to the UK. Therefore, if you are only in the UK to attend the Executive Education course, this type of visa might not be suitable.
A Short-term Student visa can be a useful option if you are a non-EEA national and coming to the UK for study of less than six months, and it is anticipated that this may be the most suitable option for those non-EEA nationals coming for an Executive Education course.
For more information see our visa information page. If you are still unsure which type of visa is most appropriate for you, or whether the visa you currently hold permits you to study, please do contact us.
