UK Government seeks Full Association with Horizon Europe (May 2018) In a paper setting out its negotiating objectives, the UK Government has confirmed its wish for "full association" with Horizon Europe, the EU research funding programme due to start in 2021. The paper says that the UK will be willing to pay a "fair contribution" to programme costs and "will respect the remit of the CJEU."
