Rube Goldberg Machine

Rube Goldberg on Tour

This summer we're visiting community hubs all over the region with our Rube Goldberg Machine. Drop by to find out about how engineers design, build and problem solve by having a go at making your own machine. You can also submit your own design as part of our competition to finish the machine. You'll be able to see the winning design on display (and working) as part of our Family Day in September. Look out for us at the following places:
  • Sydni Centre, Saturday 6 July
  • Tile Hill Library, Saturday 13 July
  • Nuneaton Library, Saturday 20 July & Saturday 7 September
  • Art in the Park Festival - Leamington, Saturday 3 - Sunday 4 August
  • Coventry Transport Museum - Tuesday 13 August

Warwick to host British Science Festival 2019

Warwick is pleased to announce we will be hosting the British Science Festival 2019, in partnership with The British Science Association.

The British Science Festival is one of Europe’s longest-established science festivals, travelling each year to a new part of the UK, and is aimed at an adult audience with a broad but non specialist interest in science.

Academics from Warwick, and across the UK, will present, discuss and debate cutting-edge science from across the scientific disciplines, at a range of different events, performances and installations on campus and across the city between Tuesday 10 and Friday 13 September 2019.
