Parents’ and Supporters’ Welcome Events and Hub
As part of Arrivals Weekend, our Vice-Chancellor and President, Stuart Croft, would like to extend an invitation to parents and families to be welcomed to the Warwick community and have the chance to ask questions at an informal and friendly event.
On 30 September and 1 October, we’ll be hosting welcome events for parents and supporters at The Oculus building on the main University campus.
You’re invited to get a drink, relax and talk to staff at our Parents’ and Supporters' Hub, as well as attend one of our parent talks taking place at 11am, 1.30pm and 4pm on both days.
At this event, new students are also invited to hear some of our current students being interviewed about what it’s really like to study at Warwick. This will also be held in the Oculus building.
While the events above are specifically for parents and supporters, new students are invited to attend a separate event as a welcome to Warwick. Our Vice-Chancellor, Stuart Croft, and President of the Students' Union, Hope Worsdale, invite you to their welcome events for new students:
For undergraduates: 9am, Monday 2 October, Butterworth Hall, Warwick Arts Centre
For postgraduates: 9am, Tuesday 3 October, new venue: Butterworth Hall, Warwick Arts Centre
