New opportunities: Exploring the Non-Executive Director roleWBS The Shard or dial-in optionWhether you're hearing about NED (Non-Executive Director) roles for the first time or have already begun considering how to embark on your journey to the Board, this event offers you the chance to discover where and how to get started and connect with like-minded peers and experts. Serving as a NED is rewarding. It allows you to steer an organisation in the right direction by leveraging your knowledge, experience and views at the executive level. It is about providing constructive challenges, offering strategic guidance, sharing expertise and holding management accountable. We have three WBS alumnae joining as guest speakers – Yemi Jackson, Nic Granger and Tribeni Chougule – as well as Women on Boards Co-Founder and CEO Fiona Hathorn. The session will be moderated by WWPN alumni ambassador Ekaterina Smirnova. |
