January is the month of resolutions and good intentions. Unfortunately most them are usually a distant memory by the beginning of February. In order to help you begin 2010 in a positive way, we've put together some resolutions that you will be able to stick to over the course of the year.
Throughout January we will be making some suggestions on ways in which you can get in touch with old friends, shed those unwanted Christmas pounds, make a difference to the lives of others and start networking and making useful connections with the wider Warwick family.
Resolution #1: get in touch in 2010
Although 'Auld Lang Syne' might be a fading memory the message of the song is still valid. What better way could there be to start a new year than to get in touch with old acquaintances, to find out what your friends and classmates have been up to since graduation and to tell them what you've achieved since you last saw them?
Fortunately you can do all this without leaving the comfort of your computer. Warwick Graduates' Association has put together a variety of ways for you to get in touch with friends, classmates and other alumni. January 2010 is the time to:
• Join a professional network
• Find a friend
• Submit a classnote
• Update your details
2010 is promising to be an interesting year for Warwick alumni. We have ambitious plans for bringing you together and ensuring that the benefits of being a Warwick graduate extend long after your graduation ceremony. In order to get the most from being a Warwick graduate you need to be part of the community. Take a moment to get in touch and get ready for an exciting 2010.
