Alumni Discount Offer Policy

The alumni engagement team at Warwick would like to hear from individuals and organisations willing to offer discounts to Warwick alumni.

We are particularly keen to partner with alumni-led or owned companies that would like to offer other alumni discounts on their products or services. Unfortunately we are unable to include offers from non-alumni companies.

Step One

  • If you are interested in offering Warwick alumni a discount, please complete this form.
  • The University’s alumni engagement team will review your offer and contact you about including it on our website. Offers will be accepted at the discretion of the team and only if they fit with the alumni engagement strategy. Companies displayed on the website will be asked to give feedback so that we can track the success of the scheme.

Step Two

What we expect from you:

  • Companies featured on our website are asked to send us an email every couple of months to let us know how many times the offer has been used. Failure to do so at request may result in your offer being removed from the website.
  • Regular updates – if your offer changes in any way, please email to ensure it can be changed online as quickly as possibe

What you can expect from us:

  • You may benefit from the marketing of the alumni discounts programme through channels such as the alumni magazine, alumni e-newsletters, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Alumni led/owned companies may have the chance to be featured as our ‘Discount of the month’ – each month we will pick one of the discounts available to feature.
  • Good communication – if your deal changes, we’ll ensure we change the details online as quickly as possible when you notify us.
