Download your Wellness plan

Go beyond planning your routine and think about your wellness.

  • Consider what you enjoy, and what activities may be helpful and unhelpful to you during self-isolation.
  • Think about what you’d like to take away from your time in self-isolation.
  • Identify when you’re struggling and pull together a list of steps to follow/people to speak to if you’re struggling.

Look out for online events

Take part in any Students' Union and University events. You can filter to show online events only, so you can meet people and take part in activities from your hall of residence or house.
