During lockdown I have been an NHS volunteer responding, making Call & Chat calls to people who have registered for support. This is making telephone calls and talking with people who are usually living alone, don't always have any family, and who need someone to talk to. It is also a way for them to access additional help and support. I have so far done over 1500 hours of volunteering and calls
