How will Warwick implement social distancing measures?

We all have a role to play

Together, we need to act in positive ways that protect the vulnerable among us, and help to keep every member of our community safe and healthy.

Our guidance on social distancing at Warwick aims to minimize the spread of Covid-19.

We take our duty of care very seriously, and are doing everything possible to follow Government guidelines and encourage positive behaviours. In some areas, we're even looking to exceed the standard guidelines.

We all have different levels of concern around Covid-19, depending on our own health and wellbeing, the health and vulnerability of our loved ones, and our past experiences.

But whatever your feelings are, we strongly encourage you to adopt these measures to keep everyone at Warwick safe. During this exceptional time, we all have a responsibility to practice social distancing and other health measures.

We plan to frequently update these guidelines as we learn more and begin to put it all into practice. Please let us know if you can't find what you're looking for, or if you have any ideas you'd like to share.

Please be considerate of others

It will be some time before we can be together again as we are used to on campus and we will all need to support each other as we get used to different ways of working, teaching and learning.

Let's watch out for each other

If you notice that someone is not following the guidelines, please let them know in a friendly and polite way. If someone reminds you of the guidelines, please don’t take offence – it's easy to forget, and we all have a role to play in keeping each other safe.
