Attached is a recent op-ed piece from the New York Times, arguing for a guaranteed basic income (GBI) as compensation for women's domestic labour. Note that the terms in which such proposals are put forth today are themselves ambiguous - is this an example of Fraser's anti-capitalist 'boundary struggle' or an instance of the advancing marketization of social relations?
