All Professional Services Staff are encouraged to take part in professional development activities that support their career aspirations and enhances their contribution to the Department and wider University.

The university Leadership & Management Development Programmes offer a range of opportunities for staff.

If you are considering taking part in courses external to the University that will assist with your development but are not available through Leadership & Development the department may be able to offer a financial contribution towards this. Please speak to the Head of Operations for further information.

Staff are expected to take part in the Full-Team Away-Days and Training-Days
