Academic Skills - Term 2
The second term programme builds upon the academic writing sessions in term 1 to introduce you to further skills essential for historians and focus particularly on how to gain higher marks in assignments. Along with academics you will hear from experts from the Library and Careers Service. The accompanying workshops will give you practical experience to develop your skills. You can also work towards the Employability Prize which will appear on your HEAR (Higher Education Academic Record).
