2020-2021 History UG Modules

This is the full list of modules available for the 2020-2021 academic year.

It is essential all students familiarise themselves with the Degree Course Syllabi. This will inform you what modules you must take as core requirements of your degree as well as how many optional modules you may choose.

  • Please ensure you have read the full information on how to select a History module on the Module Information pages.
  • Please note module availability changes year to year and not every module is offered in every year.
  • Students who register for modules via eVision without department permission will be removed.
  • Module websites will be updated over the summer. Information on weekly topics, assessment types, tutors and readings may change. Any timetable information will refer to previous years and should not be used as an indication of when classes will be scheduled.
    • The university does not finalise its central timetable until late summer/early September. The department will not be able to give you information in advance when lectures or seminars for specific modules are timetabled.

Please note that finalist students must pick a maximum of one module from Group A and a maximum of two modules from Group B.
