What is a Live Chat?

A Live Chat is your opportunity to find out more about our undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Our Live Chats are open to all, and enable UK, EU and international prospective students to ask questions relating to our BA and MA courses.

Who am I messaging?

Each undergraduate and postgraduate Live Chat is administered by a member of staff. At the beginning of the live chat session, the staff member will introduce themselves to you, so you'll know who you're speaking to.

What questions should I ask?
