Subject: Cancellation of all remaining face-to-face teaching

Dear students,

We have now been informed that the Vice-Chancellor has decided that all face-to-face teaching will be cancelled with immediate effect and either delivered online or postponed to a later date. Although the main teaching term has ended, a small number of face-to-face sessions remain timetabled in Week 11 and possibly over the Easter vacation. If this is the case for one of your modules, module convenors will be in touch about alternative arrangements. A team of colleagues at university level are working very rapidly to develop online tools, training and support and further guidance to students will be sent out in the next couple of days.

As mentioned in my previous email, please do not hesitate to contact me or your personal tutor if you have any question or concern caused by this stressful situation. We are here to help you and support you as well as possible.

With best wishes,

Stephanie
