The Getting Creative component the Green Micromobility Corridors initiative has been supported by the University of Warwick's Getting Creative with Sustainability fundLink opens in a new window: developed as part of the City of Culture legacy to support local artists and creatives to work with Warwick researchers and external regional public/third sector organisations on the broad theme of sustainability.

The project will work with Katie O - local mural artist - and Ben Cook - Coventry born film communications expert - to co-create knowledge about the opportunities for Green Micromobility Corridors with wider community, City Council and University stakeholders, using artistic processes. The project will culminate in public mural art at an appropiate location or locations within the City. The hope is to inspire wider interest in the value and opportunities for Green Corridors as essential public infrastructure. The whole process will be captured through film as a further legacy of the work, and to make a transdisciplinary research methodological contribution. Additionally, the project funds one student internship to support our work and offer paid experience in delivering innovative community engagement.
