Any student based in the Liberal Arts Department (whether domiciled in the UK or overseas) may complete this form in order to inform the Liberal Arts Department of their circumstances for Term 2 of the 2020/2021 academic year. However, if you attended blended teaching sessions on campus in Term 1 and plan to arrive on campus for blended teaching sessions in Term 2, there is no need to fill out this form or take any further action.
Please complete this form by Tuesday 15 December 2020 to allow us to prepare for Term 2. Once you fill in the form, we will be able to get in touch with you with further advice.
