You must afterwards supply COPIES of ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION, by document upload (preferred), email or mail, as follows:

• CV;
• Declaration of any previous Erasmus Mundus Scholarship which you have held;
• Certified transcript of your current and previous University-level studies (also translated into English please);
• Certificate of English language attainment (where relevant);
• Proof of nationality: passport page(s) or national identy card, including nationality, expiry date, number, name, photo;
• If not already submitted online: Statement of motivation (see instructions for Complexity Students).
