The Warwick Enterprise Launch Programme is a fast-paced, think-and-do programme helping you take the first steps in turning your idea into a reality. Whether you’re toying with a side hustle, dreaming of launching the next disruptive startup, or just exploring new ideas, this course will guide you through the essentials.
Over four focused sessions, you’ll learn how to spot and validate great opportunities, understand your market, speak with real users, and communicate your ideas captivatingly. At the end, you’ll have the building blocks of a business case you could use to apply for funding, joining a startup accelerator, or take forward with our guidance and support.

Who is this programme for?
This course is for first-time founders, curious creatives, and emerging entrepreneurs who:
· Have a business, product, or service idea that they want to develop
· Are thinking of starting a business but don’t know where to start
· Are thinking of applying to a business programme or fund, such as the Lord Rootes Fund or Start-up Programme
You don’t need any prior experience: just curiosity and a willingness to roll your sleeves up and try new things!

What is the time commitment?
Each session is around 45-60 minutes long. There are optional take-home activities that help you deepen your understanding that take around 45-90 minutes. In total, the whole programme should take no longer than 6-8 hours over the full four weeks (1.5-2 hours per week including optional take-home activities).
