1-2-1 Support
At Warwick Enterprise we have staff who you can share your innovative ideas with in confidence, support you in developing an action plan and help to sign post you in the right direction for the help that you need.
We also run activities and opportunities that help you to:
- Participate in or lead the development of an innovative idea - from conception to delivery.
- Build a portfolio of transferable skills and participate in programmes for personal development.
- Be part of a team that will harness and celebrate the skills and talents of its members with the support of the Warwick Innovation District.
- Develop your commercial awareness and connect with external partners
If you are interested in developing your enterprise skills or are currently in the early stages or developing an idea then we would suggest that you make use of some or all of the following resources:

- Strengths - Strengths Profile is an online assessment that gives you a unique Profile revealing your realised and unrealised strengths, learned behaviours and weaknesses, along with job sector recommendations. Realising what you can do and love to do will help you focus on achieving your life goals and enjoy a successful and rewarding career. Until the end of January 2021, you can access the Introductory Strengths Profile for free here.
If you would like to speak to a member of the team about your innovative idea then you can book a one-to-one appointment on the calendar below – this will help us to support you in the most appropriate way depending on the stage you are at in developing your idea and your enterprise skills and experience. Staff may direct you to other activities and events before they will arrange a one-to-one meeting.
Our one-to-one appointments are usually a maximum of 45 minutes and will take place at set time slots. (We would advise that you to come prepared with specific questions and any relevant documents to make the best use of the time available).
All one-to-one appointments will take place online (via Microsoft Teams) until further notice. There are a limited number of appointments available each week and they will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
If you are offered a one-to-one appointment then we will:
- Expect you to be punctual and let us know in advance if you need to reschedule or are unable to attend at the agreed time.
- Listen to you and your idea with professionalism, impartiality and empathy
- Treat any information that you share with us as confidential (unless it is agreed that the information can be shared with specific individuals to facilitate further support)
- Ask that you make your own notes and action points during the meeting
- Try and provide you with the appropriate help and support but cannot provide financial or legal advice
- Do our best to support and guide you - we are not experts in all areas of business but do have connections to other networks of knowledge and expertise
