Project Leads

Georgios Pazaitis, Warwick Alumni

Georgios studied on the Education Studies and Global Sustainable Development programme at Warwick. His work focusses on establishing a joint critique of neoliberalism and employability in HE. He developed the 'Critical Work Literacy' (CWL) model, which roots ‘employability’ work in the praxis of critical pedagogy.

Dr.Juliet Raynsford, Assistant Professor, Centre for Education Studies

Juliet champions the Education Studies department's employability work. Her teaching is rooted in a student-centred and progressive philosophy. Through her work-based placement module, she supports students to think through the challenges of pursuing careers alongside a critical exploration of the relation between education and work.
