Applications for ECTF fellowships in 2024

In addition to completing the online application form, in the form you will also need to upload:

  • Project Statement - 1,000 words maximum
    • Statement should outline your proposed interdisciplinary teaching activities (this could be workshops, public engagement activities, etc.); indicate how you intend to use the time and facilities available to you to advance your postdoctoral teaching and research; and your plans to develop your research profile during the fellowship period.
  • Two references:
    • One reference should be from your PhD supervisor to discuss your research; the other should be from someone who can speak about your teaching experience, such as a module convenor for a module on which you have taught.
    • The references should be uploaded as part of your application; if this is not possible, please email these to ensuring that they are received by the deadline.
  • CV – 2 single sides of A4 maximum.

The application form includes a field for your Rationale (150 words maximum), describing how your teaching and research would benefit IATL and IAS.

May Shortlisted candidates invited for interview
late May/early June Interviews take place
Early June
