About Me
I am an MIBTP Life Sciences PhD student at the University of Warwick. I am part of the epidemiological research group Disease Ecology Research group- associated with The Zeeman Institute: Systems Biology and Infectious Disease Epidemiology Research (SBIDER).
My research project focuses on investigating the ecology of tick-borne diseases of desert bighorn sheep in the Mojave Desert, with particular interest in babesiosis, anaplasmosis, theileriosis, and ehrlichiosis. My supervisors are Dr. Erin Gorsich and Dr. Kevin Purdy.
Research areas of interest include: epidemiology, parasitology and vector-borne disease, animal science, and evolutionary ecology.
