Your technical training at first will be supervised predominantly by me and experienced post docs/PhD students in the lab, leading to independence later. I will support your writing/reporting as and when needed.

Progression monitoring and management:

I like to be kept up to date and will expect to see evidence of data generation/results on a regular basis; I am here for advice and guidance to help you reach our project goals and your personal goals in science.

I am happy to discuss any issues that may impact your ability to fulfil your potential.
