In three words or phrases how would you describe your supervision style?

Detail-oriented, goal-driven and organised.

In one or two sentences please describe your strategies regarding the following.
Provision of training:

I prefer to take responsibility for your technical training at first, leading to more independence later and supported by PhD students/Postdocs

Progression monitoring and management:

We will discuss your progression and action plan on a weekly/monthly basis. At the same time, I have high expectations and will push you to your full potential.

Communication:

I keep a daily-weekly communication with my team face-to-face or via WhatssApp group. This enables us to tackle problems quickly and move forward. Whilst I expect you to keep up with my/ team communications, I will expect you to manage your work/life balance.
