Second year PhD student at Warwick Medical School (October 2015-2019) in the division of Health Sciences. Researching into progressive disease events in prostate cancer. Using the 'big data' set, Hospital Episode Statistics (HES), alongside data from Professor Nick James' clinical trial STAMPEDE (Systemic Therapy in Advancing or Metastatic Prostate cancer: Evaluation of Drug Efficacy), the largest interventional prostate cancer clinical trial in the world. Main interests include identifying progressive disease events in metastatic prostate cancer and progression in bladder cancer. Working between WMS and an honorary contract with the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.
