Person-centered care is critical to your work - it needs to be nutured and honed. Work with Warwick to do just this.

This professional development course takes a critical look at a core component of primary care – the concept of person-centred care. Drawing on recent research, including work led by Warwick Medical School, we will use the example of mental health care to critically consider whether healthcare professionals do, in practice, deliver person-centred care.

This professional development course will include practical teaching on assessing mental health needs (suitable for clinicians and non-clinicians). We will also introduce you to a primary care specific quality framework that you can use to critically review this and other areas of practice.
