Brief CV

Jon is currently a fourth year PhD student in the group, working primarily on the self-assembly of short peptides on metal surfaces, with a particular interest in aromatic dipeptides. Jon also is part of the team working towards a new system for electrospray ion beam deposition coupled with variable temperature UHV-STM. Jon completed his MChem degree in 2012 at the University of Warwick, working with Giovanni Costantini on the effects of charge transfer on the self-assembly of molecules on metallic substrates.
