Antony Harfield

I am an Associate Fellow in the Department of Computer Science and a member of the Eramus+ funded CONSTRUIT! project. I completed my PhD in 2008 in the area of educational technology whilst in the Empirical Modelling research group.

Currently I am a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology at Naresuan University in Thailand. The main focus of my current research is in the area of mobile technologies for education and tourism. I lead a research group called Mobile Computing Lab at Naresuan University.

Our teaching and research has led to a spin-off company, Apptitude, that offer mobile consultancy and development services in South East Asia.

Previously I worked as a consultant for Tessella during which time my main project was at a large international fusion project in France called ITER.
