I am Adnan Mujahid Khan, who is a PhD student of Nasir Rajpoot in the Department of Computer Science, University of Warwick, UK. Before joining University of Warwick, I completed my BS (Computer Science) from National University of Computer and Emerging Scineces (NUCES, Pak) in 2005 and MS (Computer System Engineering) from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute (GIKI, Pak) in 2007.
My main research interest is analysis of microscopic images. This includes: (1) analysis of histological tissue sections stained with Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) and scanned at sufficient magnification (20x, 40x) under a microscope (Aperio, Hamamatsu, Omnyx); (2) Analysis of multi-tag fluorescent images obtained from Toponome Imaging System (TIS); a state of the art multi-fluorescent microscope installed in University of Warwick.
