About Me

I am a fourth year PhD student at the Department of Computer Science, University of Warwick, supervised by Graham Cormode and Carsten Maple. I graduated from the Mathematics Institute, University of Warwick, in the summer of 2019 with a BSc in Mathematics. I am a member of the Division of Theory and FoundationsLink opens in a new window where research is concerned with the Design and Analysis of Algorithms, Complexity Theory, Logic, Automata and Formal Verification. In the 2022/23 academic year, I was the Chair of the PGR Student Staff Liaison Committee (SSLC)Link opens in a new window in the Department of Computer Science.

Research

My research area is privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs), specifically Differential PrivacyLink opens in a new window. In 2022, I published two papers on developing differentially private methods for releasing aggregated multi-dimensional messages. I am currently working on characterising data heterogeneity in the framework of federated learning, in conjunction with the Alan Turing InstituteLink opens in a new window. I am also working on a differentially private method for estimating the distribution of populations, in collaboration with Sayan BiswasLink opens in a new window.
