Jack Adams

About

Postgraduate research student studying MPhil/PhD in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Warwick. Graduated with a BEng Degree (Hons.) in Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick in 2020. Currently researching: Improving Transparency of Intelligent Systems to Support Safety Assurance for Autonomy. Supervisors: Prof Nathan Griffiths (CS), Dr Abhir Bhalerao (CS), and Dr Thomas Popham (SoE).


Research

Improving Transparency of Intelligent Systems to Support Safety Assurance for Autonomy.

Using Explainable AI and Machine Learning techniques to develop tools and methods for interpretability and transparency of intelligent systems for autonomous driving applications (e.g. driverless cars). The project aims to help establish a safety assurance framework for intelligent systems deployed for vehicular autonomy.

Project Supervisors: Prof Nathan Griffiths (CS), Dr Abhir Bhalerao (CS), and Dr Thomas Popham (SoE). Jointly funded by the Department of Computer Science and School of Engineering, University of Warwick.
