If you are experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19, e.g. fever or continuous new cough or loss of sense of smell or taste, or someone in your household is self-isolating, please DO NOT book an appointment.

If you are attending CS0.05 for an appointment you MUST:

• wash or sanitise your hands thoroughly before and after the appointment.
• wear a face covering for the duration of the appointment.
• respect physical distancing rules.
• attend on your own – we can only accommodate one person per appointment.
• ensure that no belongings are placed on any of the chairs, tables or desks in CS0.05.
• ensure that you take all belongings away with you when the appointment ends.
