This version is limited to 1000 structural and 10,000 CFD nodes – but students can download it to their laptops and use it to build up their knowledge of techniques and best practice before setting loose on the Research Edition.

Make sure you extract the files from the downloaded zip file before installing (Right click on the file and select Extract all).

Dassualt Systemes have given permission for students to download and install the full edition of Abaqus on their personal devices.

This is only for educational purposes while a student at Warwick and must not be used for any commercial purposes.

A connection to the University's VPN (Virtual Private Network) is required in order to install and use the software.
