Warwick does Hydro in Uganda

Over the Summer 7 students from the University of Warwick designed and built a micro-hydro scheme to provide electricity to over 100 households in a remote village in Uganda.

The project gained interest from Ugandan Universities and the Ugandan Government (both regional and local level). If you’re interested in international development, what it is, how to get into it or even if you are just curious to see what other students have been up to pop along to the presentation.

Date: Tuesday 11th October

Time: 5-6 pm

Room: F1.10 (Engineering)
