ICWES18 will take place in and around the newly refurbished Warwick Arts Centre which is located on central campus amongst shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

The main plenary session will take place in the Arts Centre Theatre, this is adjacent to the Gallery where you will find the poster presentations and the Butterworth Hall where the exhibition will be located.

As a University, we offer a range of student style accommodation from shared facilities to private ensuite. We are also have a limited amount hotel style accommodation available in our three training and conference centres. But rest assured, our campus has enough accommodation for everybody to suit all budgets all of which is less than a 5 minute walk to central campus.

As a delegate, you will have access to our pool/gym, but why not arrange some extra sport activities such as 14 metre high climbing wall or fitness classes during your stay. The University of Warwick campus also has a number of walking and running routes.

Our self contained campus features other amenities such as caf├ęs, bars, grocery store, coffee shops, banks and hairdressers.

Whilst your with us, you can enjoy our locally sourced food. Light and healthy, or wholesome with a twist of indulgence, whatever we prepare for you it will be designed to both satisfy you and keep you alert.
